Information we collect

We may collect your name, organisation, work contact details, delivery city, gifting brief, quantities, budget, preferred products, artwork or files you provide, and correspondence relating to a quotation. We may also receive standard technical information such as browser type, IP address, device information and site activity.

How we use it

We use this information to prepare and follow up quotations, curate products, coordinate branding and fulfilment, operate and secure the website, improve our services, keep business records and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with authorised staff, hosting and communication providers, and vetted suppliers or logistics partners only where needed for your request. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, contractual, tax, security and legal purposes, then delete or anonymise it where appropriate.

Email updates

If you subscribe to updates we store your email address, an optional name, where on the site you subscribed, the time and the network address the request came from, as a record of your consent. Nothing is sent until you confirm by clicking the link we email you. Every update carries a one-click unsubscribe link that needs no sign-in; after you unsubscribe we keep only the record that you did, so you are not added again by mistake. Emails are delivered through our email provider, Resend.

Cookies and local storage

The website may use essential browser storage to remember a shortlist, prevent repeated prompts and maintain basic functionality. Analytics or advertising technologies should be enabled only with appropriate disclosure and consent where required.

Your choices
