Indicative catalogue

Website products, descriptions, colours, prices, minimum quantities and availability are indicative. Images can vary by screen and supplier batch. A binding order begins only after a final written quotation, specification, purchase order and agreed payment terms.

Pricing and taxes

Prices may change with quantity, configuration, material, branding, packaging, freight and availability. GST and other charges are additional unless the final quotation says otherwise. Discounts displayed or discussed are not final until confirmed in writing.

Artwork and custom orders

Customers are responsible for the authority and accuracy of logos, names and artwork supplied. Production starts after required approvals. Customised goods generally cannot be cancelled or returned after production begins except for an accepted manufacturing defect or written exception.

Delivery and inspection

Timelines are estimates until confirmed. Delays outside reasonable control may occur. The customer should inspect deliveries promptly and report quantity shortages, transit damage or manufacturing concerns within the period stated in the quotation.

Website use and intellectual property

You may use the site to assess and request legitimate gifting programmes. Do not scrape, misuse, interfere with or reproduce site content, catalogues, design or trademarks without permission. Third-party product marks remain the property of their owners.

Liability and law

To the extent permitted by law, liability relating to an accepted order is limited by its final written terms. These terms are governed by Indian law, with courts in Maharashtra having jurisdiction, subject to any dispute clause in the final quotation.
