How The Corporate Gifts uses your personal data
The Corporate Gifts (NESTIFY REALTY VENTURES LLP) is responsible for the personal data you give us through our enquiry forms and our client portal. This notice explains, in plain words, what we keep and why.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry: your name, company, email, phone number, the products and quantities you asked about, and your message.
When you use the client portal: your name and email address (you sign in with a link sent to that email, there is no password), the orders and proposals we share with you, the files you upload, your approvals and comments, and when you signed in.
For security we also record the network (IP) address a request came from.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and proposals, process and deliver your orders, show you their progress in the portal, and keep the business and tax records the law requires.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who can see it
Only The Corporate Gifts's own team, each with their own login. Our software and data are hosted by service providers who store it for us and may not use it for anything else; we use an email provider to send you sign-in links and updates.
How long we keep it
Website enquiries are kept until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them.
Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires, but if you ask us to delete your personal data, your name, email and phone are removed from them.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw your consent at any time; that does not affect what we did before.
